We connect the right workers with the right clients—removing the stress, delays, and limitations of traditional agencies—so both sides can build more meaningful, reliable support relationships.
The Cura Standard
The Cura Standard is built on consistency, quality, and real independence. Every support worker we connect is matched based on fit, reliability, and professionalism—not just availability. We prioritise long-term placements with a minimum of 8 hours per week, ensuring stable income for workers and consistent, dependable support for clients. No short shifts, no agency rotations—just strong, ongoing relationships that actually work.
